What you will do

• Copy edit recipes following brand language and style guidelines.
• Proof recipe cards for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Verify content across different portion sizes to ensure timing and ingredients are accurate.
• Operate within internal content management systems and recipe tools.
• Collaborate with culinary and menu management teams on recipe techniques and flow.
• Apply customer feedback and operational updates to enhance the quality of recipe writing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recipe, food, or editorial experience at a food-focused brand or publication.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong proofreading instincts and excellent grammar.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven team environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and content-management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with meal kits, food media, DTC, subscription, or lifestyle brands.
