What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver editorial feedback and research on video content.
• Review video content to ensure compliance with guidelines and meet client goals.
• Identify patterns or trends in video content, adhering to client guidelines.
• Report to agreed-upon shifts on time and complete shifts in accordance with guidelines.
• Evaluate and assess the assigned number of videos required to meet daily deliverables.
• Utilize company and client-approved AI tools and policies into project workflows and identify emerging AI trends.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant job or industry.
• Deep familiarity with the cultural and political climates in the LATAM region.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to work a consistent schedule from a location within your home state or locality.

Nice to have

• Experience working remotely and within multicultural teams.
• Experience with content moderation, content review, curation, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of content review guidelines and best practices.
• Experience with copywriting and proofreading, preferably with a focus on entertainment content.
• Strong understanding of digital streaming products, particularly video and its ecosystem.
