Instrument Scientist / Associate Scientist (Dose Formulation)

What you will do

• Execute analytical tests to verify the accuracy, homogeneity, and precision of dose formulations.
• Support senior scientists with chromatographic method development for dose formulation testing.
• Prepare standard calibrators, quality controls, mobile phases, and testing solutions.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and optimize laboratory instrumentation.
• Manage instrument parts inventory and support maintenance and repair activities.
• Document method development results, write methodologies, and provide feedback on dose formulation protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on post-academic experience with analytical instrumentation and/or method development is highly preferred.
• Self-directed, motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new techniques.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including occasional long days, evenings, and weekends, to meet testing timelines.
