What you will do

• Partner with senior scientists to develop chromatographic methods for dose formulation testing.
• Execute analytical tests to ensure accuracy, homogeneity, and precision of on-site compounding.
• Prepare standard calibrators, quality controls, mobile phases, and solutions.
• Perform instrumentation upkeep, including calibrations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Initiate and implement new guidelines and procedures through the development of working instructions.
• Prepare detailed methodologies and documentation to share results with sponsors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and/or method development.
• Must be able to work onsite in Lincoln, NE.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn new techniques.
