What you will do

• Co-develop batch and streaming pipelines, semantic models, and transformations using Databricks, Python, and Spark.
• Define and maintain data contracts, quality rules, and data SLOs for each data product.
• Guide domain teams on data modeling and determine data product boundaries.
• Train, mentor, and pair with domain engineers and analysts on data product ownership and engineering practices.
• Integrate feedback from domain teams to improve platform templates, tooling, and patterns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Engineering, specifically building and optimizing data pipelines.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Python, and Spark for batch and streaming solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (data integration, analytics, or lakehouse solutions).
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.
• Familiarity with BI visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
