What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project operations as a principal investigator, project director, or task lead.
• Design rigorous studies, research questions, and analytic plans to address key applied research problems.
• Lead data collection and analysis efforts using qualitative and quantitative tools.
• Develop and contribute to research proposals for federal, state, and foundation clients.
• Prepare and communicate findings through reports, briefs, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients and project teams.

Requirements

• PhD in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Public Policy or related field (3+ years exp) OR Master's degree (7+ years exp).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Firm understanding of implementation science and experience with contract research/evaluation organizations.
• Proficiency in data collection methodologies and analytic software such as STATA, R, Excel, NVivo, and Access.
• Experience managing project teams and writing grants or proposals.
• Availability to participate in meetings across all continental U.S. time zones.
