Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee systematic literature reviews and quantitative evidence synthesis studies, including NMA, MAIC, and STC.
• Develop client-ready deliverables such as study protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and presentations.
• Lead client communications, managing calls and email correspondence as an independent researcher.
• Mentor direct reports and create professional development plans to support team growth.
• Collaborate on project resourcing, timeline estimation, and the development of new business proposals.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of project components and maintain financial performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Master’s degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related science.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in evidence synthesis.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and health technology assessment (HTA) requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote.
