What you will do

• Deliver insight deep dives and data-driven recommendations to improve key business KPIs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of insight projects from initial requirements through to delivery.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis to ensure efficient measurement approaches.
• Support trading forums with performance insights and investigate digital performance issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty standards.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation to maximize insight from all digital activities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimisely, VWO).
• Knowledge of session replay and heatmapping tools (e.g., Glassbox, HotJar, Decibel).
• Familiarity with customer feedback and usability testing approaches (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting).
• Understanding of web technologies including tag management, data layers, and CMS.
• Strong communication and data visualization skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or similar languages for data manipulation.
