What you will do

• Define and execute the overarching information security strategy aligned with business priorities and long-term growth.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all business functions through a modern governance program.
• Direct the security architecture strategy across cloud and on-premises environments to ensure resilient and scalable systems.
• Build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary security teams while fostering a security-minded organizational culture.
• Partner with product, modelling, and engineering teams to enable the secure development and deployment of AI systems.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a CISO or SVP of Security in high-growth technology organizations, ideally those deploying AI systems at scale.
• Extensive experience developing and scaling enterprise security programs during periods of rapid company growth.
• Deep expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, AI/ML security, and modern regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with public company cybersecurity governance, SEC disclosure expectations, and audit readiness.
• Strong background in preparing organizations for IPO readiness.
• Experience managing large-scale security organizations, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams.
