.NET Developer (Backend)

Location: Remote; work from home, the beach, or the office.

What you will do

• Build and maintain backend software systems using .NET.
• Work on diverse, long-term software projects for client organizations.
• Build and consume REST APIs and maintain production systems at scale.
• Design clean code and take responsibility for technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, customers, and distributed project teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with REST APIs or production systems at scale.
• Proficiency with Git and understanding of the software development life cycle for medium to large projects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Intermediate-level English or higher, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud providers.
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or SQS.
• Experience with MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Redis, service-oriented architecture, SOAP, GraphQL, or gRPC.
• BSc or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
