What you will do

• Design and build frameworks for a fleet of Mistral platforms and apps to reduce reactivity and productize reliability.
• Operate Tier-1 customer environments, ensuring SLO compliance, owning on-call, and managing incident response.
• Automate on-demand provisioning, secure baseline packages, and scale Applied AI solutions.
• Lead security operations for customer-side deployments, including CVE response and supply-chain integrity controls (SBOM).
• Author runbooks and SLO templates while implementing comprehensive observability across the fleet.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, Production Engineering, or DevOps with a record of shipping tooling.
• Must be based in or able to work from one of the specified European office locations (Paris, Amsterdam, Lausanne, London, Munich, Zurich).
• Strong understanding of operational excellence and the ability to solve classes of problems structurally for multiple customers.
