TL;DR
Senior Site Reliability Engineer (GCP/Kubernetes): Building and maintaining end-to-end observability and CI/CD pipelines for Europe’s leading e-pharmacy with an accent on automation and system reliability. Location: Must be based in Germany; hybrid setup with regular anchor days in the Berlin office.

What you will do
- Build and maintain end-to-end observability using ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines utilizing CircleCI, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
- Lead incident response and conduct blameless postmortems to improve system stability.
- Automate operational workflows using Go, Python, or Bash.
- Drive SRE best practices through technical presentations, workshops, and deep dives.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany.
- Proven experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud automation.
- Expertise in observability tools such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
- Solid background in CI/CD and deployment automation.
- English: Fluent (C1) required for clear cross-team communication.
