Senior Site Reliability Engineer (GCP)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Build and maintain end-to-end observability using ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines utilizing CircleCI, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Lead incident response and conduct blameless postmortems to improve system stability.
• Automate operational workflows using Go, Python, or Bash.
• Drive SRE best practices through technical presentations, workshops, and deep dives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Proven experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud automation.
• Expertise in observability tools such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
• Solid background in CI/CD and deployment automation.
• English: Fluent (C1) required for clear cross-team communication.
