DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Building and evolving a scalable, compliant Brokerage-as-a-Service infrastructure with an accent on IaC, cloud-native security, and observability. What you will do

• Shape the direction and evolution of cloud infrastructure using AWS and EKS.
• Build reliable and scalable systems utilizing IaC tools such as Terraform and OpenTofu.
• Maintain and evolve enterprise-scale platforms focusing on security, privacy, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Implement robust observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and DataDog.
• Streamline operations and developer productivity through ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of DevOps and DevSecOps engineers to deliver compliant solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Proficiency in AWS networking, core services (RDS, S3), and IAM security best practices.
• Experience managing Kubernetes (EKS) platforms.
• Experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry and DataDog.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines including ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
• Must be based in Germany to support the hybrid model.
