What you will do

• Support SEO and organic Pinterest growth initiatives across key markets.
• Conduct keyword, trend, and competitor research to identify organic growth opportunities.
• Create, publish, and optimize Pinterest pins to increase organic visibility and traffic.
• Manage content planning and performance tracking for the organic Pinterest strategy.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, creative, and category teams to align growth priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance data to derive actionable insights.

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed studies in business, marketing, media, communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in SEO, Pinterest, and digital marketing trends.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity to work with performance data.
• Proactive, structured, and hands-on way of working.
• Confidence using MS Office.
• Strong written and spoken German and English skills.
