What you will do

• Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and support enterprise-level operational compliance functions.
• Establish and maintain risk management frameworks, including policies, risk treatment plans, and control measures.
• Conduct business process reviews using risk-based approaches, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Develop and implement quality improvement processes and initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
• Coordinate with business units to track and ensure the timely completion of corrective actions.
• Develop and conduct training programs to increase awareness of quality and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience or exposure in quality management, process improvement, risk management, or compliance-related functions.
• Ability to understand technology, regulatory requirements, and audit frameworks such as ISO standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder presentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Location: Must be based in Quezon City, Philippines
