TL;DR

Senior CSDM Expert (ServiceNow): Designing and maturing CSDM-aligned data models to integrate banking value streams with IT infrastructure in the CMDB with an accent on regulatory-driven governance and risk steering. Focus on implementing BCM and IRM modules, optimizing configuration item relationships, and aligning business services with technical infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid in Košice, Slovakia (Home Office available)

Salary: from €3,000 gross per month

What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of CSDM-compliant data structures and processes.
  • Ensure strict alignment between banking business services and IT infrastructure within the CMDB.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of BCM and IRM modules to support risk and continuity processes.
  • Collaborate with architecture, IT operations, risk management, and various business units.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of active experience with ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
  • 2+ years of specialized experience in CSDM (Common Service Data Model) or CMDB.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maturing CMDB structures in complex enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, lifecycle management, and configuration item relationships.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Košice, Slovakia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow BCM (Business Continuity Management) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules.
