What you will do

  • Define and evolve the React-based frontend architecture for scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Contribute directly to the codebase through hands-on development.
  • Ensure strong alignment between frontend, backend, and platform architecture.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product, and platform teams to drive cohesive technical solutions.
  • Guide and mentor developers while setting architectural standards and best practices.
  • Improve developer experience, testing, and deployment practices.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia.
  • Strong software engineering background with deep React expertise (70–80% of role).
  • Solid experience with .NET and backend integration (20–30% of role).
  • Proven track record of defining and implementing frontend architecture.
  • Deep understanding of API design, data flows, and frontend/backend interactions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with event-driven or real-time systems.
  • Exposure to logistics, automation, or AGVs.
  • Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and production readiness.
  • Facilitation skills for aligning cross-functional teams.
