What you will do

• Run continuous technical audits across a large-scale, multilingual site and own the end-to-end resolution of issues.
• Lead pre- and post-migration audits for domain changes, re-platforming, and CMS updates.
• Build and drive the technical SEO roadmap, prioritizing projects based on commercial impact and engineering cycles.
• Design and maintain technical SEO automations for indexability, sitemap validation, and redirect monitoring.
• Ensure technical readiness for AI-powered discovery, including structured data for LLM citation and AI bot crawlability.
• Translate technical SEO performance into business-focused insights for cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience on large, complex websites.
• Deep expertise in crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and JS rendering.
• Proven track record in multi-locale SEO at scale and managing complex migrations.
• Proficiency in building technical SEO automations using Python, APIs, or workflow tools like n8n.
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering teams to scope, validate, and explain technical fixes.
• Commercially minded with the ability to connect technical work to business acquisition and billings.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI search readiness and entity optimization.
• Familiarity with DataForSEO, GSC API, and JS-rendered environments like React or Next.js.
