Product Manager II (eCommerce Analytics)

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for eCommerce analytics and business intelligence.
• Define and track key KPIs across the eCommerce funnel, including conversion, AOV, retention, and attribution.
• Lead the implementation and evolution of Adobe CJA, configuring data views, metrics, dimensions, and segments.
• Partner with data engineering on AEP integration, identity stitching, schema design, and data ingestion.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytics requirements and actionable dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and UX teams to embed analytics into product development cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital analytics, or analytics product ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is required.
• Strong familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Deep understanding of eCommerce metrics and event-based data models.
• Must be based in the United States.
