What you will do

• Direct game development group activities for the design of new products and enhancements to existing franchises.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of game creation, including analysis, design, programming, debugging, and modification.
• Collaborate with project managers, marketing, sales, and users to define product requirements and modifications.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the studio functions.
• Analyze game development engineering tasks and prepare detailed design specifications and recommendations.

Requirements

• 15 years of related experience in game development is required.
• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven track record in decision-making and driving results.
• Ability to foster innovation and demonstrate strong self-leadership.
• Expertise in building collaborative relationships across diverse organizational levels.
