What you will do

• Lead agile ceremonies including stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for cross-functional teams (Design, Illustration, Dev, QA).
• Act as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders such as Marketing, Compliance, and CRM.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and negotiate resources to ensure key milestones are met.
• Develop detailed user stories and maintain production schedules and milestone tracking.
• Manage the localization process for products across all markets to ensure cultural relevance and accessibility.

Requirements

• Proven background working in fast-paced environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in project management, planning, and organization for complex projects.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate resources across a studio.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Sunderland, UK
