What you will do

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and deliverables.
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define project charters, scope, and required resources.
• Manage project milestones, track progress, and provide regular status reports to the business.
• Facilitate team administration and retrospective meetings.
• Shield the development team from business distractions to maintain productivity.
• Implement and safeguard continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Must be based in the EU.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical knowledge to establish credibility with technical leaders.
• Experience operating in both Agile and Waterfall project management environments.
• Fluent English proficiency.

• Experience within the online gaming (iGaming) industry.
