What you will do

• Plan, launch, and manage programmatic marketing campaigns across various DSPs.
• Build and activate audience targeting strategies using first-party, third-party, contextual, and geographic data.
• Monitor daily campaign pacing and KPIs, optimizing bidding strategies, reach, and frequency.
• Drive performance against key company KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and LTV.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing and campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare actionable performance reports for stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams and agencies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in programmatic buying, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs such as Adform, Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, or Criteo.
• Solid understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including RTB, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
• Confidence working with large datasets and advanced Excel skills, plus experience with Tableau.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Must be based in Estonia.
