What you will do

• Search for, onboard, and develop long-term relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality and analyze key performance metrics.
• Optimize CPA and RevShare commercial models to maximize revenue and efficiency.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities with partners.
• Collaborate with CRM, analytics, and sportsbook teams to improve partner performance.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to prepare performance forecasts.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and commercial negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proven experience working with traffic sources and performance metrics.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Tallinn or Belgrade.
