Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Investigate buyer and seller disputes, ticket issues, and refund requests using internal tools.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with users while maintaining consistent decision-making.
- Apply company policy to reach fair outcomes that protect user trust and financial integrity.
- Use templates, tooling, and AI responsibly to work efficiently.
- Escalate high-risk or complex cases with strong context.
- Provide feedback to improve internal tooling and automation processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and excellent in English (written and spoken).
- Part-time availability (24-32 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00).
- Strong digital fluency and ability to navigate multiple systems accurately.
- Ability to make good decisions under ambiguity and investigate details thoroughly.
- Professional communication skills with a calm and confident demeanor.
- Ability to stay firm when evidence or policy requires it.
