TL;DR

hirify.global is a high-growth tech company specializing in AI-powered sports cameras and software to redefine how athletes are recorded and analyzed.

What you will do

  • Design and execute a 3-year Corporate IT strategy covering device management, SaaS portfolios, and identity.
  • Lead and scale the Corporate IT department, managing roles for Helpdesk, Corporate Security, and internal IT.
  • Own the regulatory compliance program (GDPR, NIS2, CRA), reporting KPIs and status directly to management and the board.
  • Oversee a hybrid endpoint environment (Mac, Windows, Google Workspace) across HQ, production sites, and remote teams.
  • Establish security training programs and coordinate with R&D and Legal on threat detection and disaster recovery.
  • Manage the IT budget, procurement, and the "AI Playground" internal platform for AI-assisted tooling.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, ideally within high-growth tech or hardware/software scale-ups.
  • Strong foundation in systems engineering combined with strategic business leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including CapEx/OpEx discussions and technical debt analysis.
  • Direct experience implementing security frameworks in compliance with European law (GDPR and NIS2).
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Copenhagen.
