What you will do
- Proactively create and execute Customer Success Plans to align product value with customer goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to optimize the customer journey.
- Manage risk and renewal processes to identify at-risk customers and mitigate churn.
- Assist customers with feature utilization and overall product adoption.
- Provide industry expertise and thought leadership to the customer base.
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably within a SaaS organization.
- Proven experience in risk and renewal management, including forecasting and reporting.
- Ability to strategically partner with sales to improve NRR and D&C.
- Experience managing stakeholders across technical, legal, and C-level roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid business acumen.
- Experience in the cybersecurity or technology space is beneficial.
