What you will do

• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and proposing hypotheses to improve key product metrics.
• Support the full experimentation lifecycle, including hypothesis generation, validation, and impact measurement.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests using causal inference methodologies.
• Monitor and investigate anomalies in product and business performance metrics.
• Build and optimize dashboards for ongoing product visibility.
• Deliver actionable insights to product, marketing, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in both Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Spain.
• Strong experience in product analytics with deep understanding of A/B testing and experimental design.
• Solid foundation in mathematical statistics and causal inference.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset.
