TL;DR

Programme Lead (Operational Transformation): Leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programmes within complex, customer-facing environments with an accent on digital operations, self-service technologies, and process redesign. Location: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite in North Dublin, Ireland)

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream transformation programmes.
  • Establish and maintain integrated programme plans, governance, and executive reporting.
  • Manage programme financials, benefits tracking, and value realization.
  • Drive the overall change and adoption strategy across operational and technology teams.
  • Oversee operational readiness, cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinate third-party suppliers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale business or operational transformation programmes.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-stream delivery and third-party suppliers.
  • Deep expertise in organizational change management and transformation delivery.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, regulated environments.
  • Must be able to work onsite in North Dublin 2 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in aviation, logistics, transport, or infrastructure industries.
  • Organizational change management certifications.
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled operational transformation.
