What you will do

  • Deliver high-quality, multi-channel support to standard and premium traders.
  • Support client retention through accurate guidance and practical insights.
  • Identify and share relevant trends with internal teams to support service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and support market expansion.
  • Conduct layer-1 trade investigations and validations in accordance with approved processes.
  • Handle escalations professionally with clear communication and accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Must have the appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Native or near-native Spanish proficiency required.
  • Strong English communication skills required.
  • Ability to work on rotating evening and weekend shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
