What you will do
- Deliver high-quality, multi-channel support to standard and premium traders.
- Support client retention through accurate guidance and practical insights.
- Identify and share relevant trends with internal teams to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and support market expansion.
- Conduct layer-1 trade investigations and validations in accordance with approved processes.
- Handle escalations professionally with clear communication and accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Must have the appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Native or near-native Spanish proficiency required.
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Ability to work on rotating evening and weekend shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
