TL;DR

People & Culture Manager (HR): Leading HR processes for Global Functions and Headquarters with an accent on employee life cycle management, organizational strategy, and Swiss labor law compliance. Location: Based in Basel until Q1 2027, with an expected relocation to the Zurich Airport office thereafter

What you will do

  • Act as an HR Business Partner for Global Functions to support organizational and operational HR business needs.
  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including qualitative onboarding programs and employee exit review analysis.
  • Oversee performance management and MBO processes, including reviews, bonuses, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive learning and development programs and succession planning for global business functions.
  • Manage payroll, social insurances, and the annual salary review process in compliance with local regulations.
  • Handle workforce planning, budgeting, and HR controlling and reporting metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role driving organizational growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices.
  • Experience working in complex, international, global matrix organizations.
  • Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Organizational Development.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Performance, Compensation).
  • Additional professional certifications or executive education.
