Location: Must be based in Slovakia (remote working only available within the country)

Salary: Base salary from €2,000 / brutto

What you will do

• Develop a modern DBaaS platform in parallel with the existing system to eventually fully replace it.
• Port and re-implement existing legacy functionalities into a modern, service-oriented architecture.
• Build backend services using Node.js and frontend interfaces preferably with Vue.js or React.
• Develop and integrate API-based interfaces to internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams on CI/CD topics and orchestration.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js/JavaScript and Vue.js or React.
• Solid Python skills for scripting, data processing, and API integrations.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Confident use of Git and basic understanding of CI/CD processes (GitLab preferred).
• Must be based in Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
• Active use of AI tools in software development for code generation and optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with PostgreSQL and Cloud APIs.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle / PL/SQL to help understand the existing solution.
