What you will do

• Act as the primary scientific contact for US clients, providing expert consultation on oncology services.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and delivering high-level scientific presentations.
• Collaborate with domestic technology teams to maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities and project pipelines.
• Translate client research needs into actionable proposals and technical solutions.
• Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry events across the US.
• Gather market feedback to inform internal platform development and innovation.

Requirements

• PhD or MD in Oncology, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• At least 10-12 years of hands-on experience in oncology research and drug development.
• Substantial expertise in in vivo pharmacology models and tumor biology.
• Fluent in English.
• Prior experience in a scientific advisory or client-facing role within a CRO, pharma, or biotech company.
• Ability to travel within the US and occasionally to China.
