What you will do

• Lead Cloud Infrastructure & SRE focusing on AWS (ECS, EKS), PostgreSQL, Kafka, and IaC standards.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitLab across ~150 repositories to improve build speed and release safety.
• Drive observability and FinOps practices, including SLO instrumentation and cloud cost attribution.
• Manage end-to-end application and cloud security, including SAST/DAST/SCA and secrets hygiene.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Partner with IT for compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and pen-test remediation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of infrastructure/SRE experience with 3+ years managing platform or SRE teams in SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning production AWS workloads at scale.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and packaging tools (Helm, Kustomize).
• Fluency in building and scaling CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with incident command and embedded security in the SDLC.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

• B2B SaaS experience with Salesforce integration patterns.
• Domain expertise in CPQ, billing, or revehirify.global management.
• Experience establishing a Platform Engineering practice or internal developer platform.
