TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (Salesforce): Troubleshooting complex technical issues and assisting with integrations for an AI-powered revehirify.global architecture platform with an accent on Salesforce customization and revehirify.global lifecycle management. Focus on resolving custom flows, Apex issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across global time zones.

Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia. Must be available to work shifts aligned with Central European Time (CET).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Solve problems related to Salesforce custom flows, custom fields, data reporting, and workflows.
  • Provide technical support via Slack, phone, and Zoom to ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve high-level technical challenges.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Test and validate new product releases, providing feedback on stability and usability.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce custom flows, fields, objects, Apex, and reports.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL and a solid understanding of object models.
  • Hands-on experience with document generation tools such as DocuSign or PandaDocs.
  • Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia and able to work overnight or late evening shifts to align with CET.
  • Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting enterprise software or SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, SAML).
  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools like Splunk or HyperDX.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
