What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and refinement of the project’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Plan, including the theory of change and indicators.
• Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of performance data across all project components.
• Track progress against results-based targets, specifically regarding MSME outreach and financial sector outcomes.
• Facilitate regular learning and reflection processes to support adaptive management and continuous improvement.
• Supervise MEL staff and consultants, providing technical guidance and quality assurance.
• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for MCA-Indonesia II and MCC.

Requirements

• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia (Visa sponsorship will be considered).
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Bahasa Indonesian is preferred.
• Advanced degree in economics, statistics, public policy, international development, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience leading MEL systems for large, complex donor-funded programs.
• Demonstrated experience with MCC, USAID, or comparable donor MEL requirements.
• Proven ability to manage MEL teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary technical and operations teams.
