What you will do

• Conduct manual testing for assigned features and develop corresponding automated tests using Python.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze and resolve root causes of product failures.
• Create test cases that mimic complex customer environments to ensure performance and scalability.
• Triage failures and report issues in both automation code and the core product.
• Manage code and test scripts effectively using version control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Up to 3 years of experience in software testing or automation roles.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation and solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with system software such as storage solutions, file systems, hypervisors, and networking.
• Familiarity with platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM, as well as Git and Jenkins.
• Must have valid US work authorization as visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with disaster recovery and backup technologies.
• Experience with Generative AI tools applied to test automation and quality engineering workflows.
