What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide testing programs for web, mobile, API, cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Define and implement enterprise QA strategies, test plans, testing standards, and governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automated regression test suites for continuous validation and release readiness.
• Lead performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor QA engineers and coordinate offshore/onshore testing teams and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in enterprise application testing and QA leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation Tools (Selenium, Worksoft) and Performance testing tools (Loadrunner, Tricentis).
• Experience testing integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

• Performance testing certifications.
• Experience with AI-driven testing and quality engineering practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
