Senior Technical Trainer (Alteryx)

Location: Sydney, Australia; training is delivered in virtual and onsite environments, with travel for customer-facing training and internal events as required.

What you will do

• Deliver private, public, subscription-based, cohort-based, virtual, and onsite instructor-led training across foundational and advanced hirify.global capabilities.
• Lead demonstrations, hands-on exercises, guided labs, workshops, office hours, and customer-specific enablement sessions for analysts, business users, administrators, technical professionals, and automation champions.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and account teams to understand customer objectives, learner profiles, adoption priorities, and Education Services entitlements.
• Maintain product and delivery readiness, review course materials and assessments, support pilots and new offerings, and provide feedback to curriculum and Learning Experience teams.
• Mentor instructors and delivery partners, support onboarding and train-the-trainer programs, and establish consistent facilitation practices across regions.
• Maintain delivery records, monitor learner feedback and utilization, communicate risks and platform issues, and support capacity planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience delivering technical, software, data analytics, or enterprise technology training.
• Strong working knowledge of hirify.global Designer and the broader hirify.global platform.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences for audiences with different technical backgrounds and skill levels.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and learning-environment issues during live training.
• Strong customer orientation and a record of delivering high-quality learning experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple training engagements, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for customer-facing training and internal events as required, and ability to support training across global time zones.

Nice to have

• hirify.global certifications, including Designer Core and Designer Advanced.
• Experience with hirify.global One, cloud analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, or machine-learning concepts.
• Experience developing or customizing technical learning content.
• Experience delivering cohort-based learning programs, train-the-trainer sessions, or certification preparation.
• Familiarity with learning-management systems, virtual training platforms, and customer-success practices.
• Experience mentoring instructors or coordinating external training-delivery partners.
