What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process challenges and contribute to the design of AI solutions.
• Implement AI enablement initiatives and integrate them with enterprise systems such as Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain integrations between data platforms and internal enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data for AI models.
• Create documentation and training materials to facilitate the adoption of AI tools across the organization.
• Apply AI best practices to ensure continuous improvement of business workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in a hands-on IT role (developer, analyst, or integration specialist).
• Programming and scripting skills, specifically Python.
• Understanding of databases (SQL) and API integrations.
• Experience or strong interest in business process automation (RPA, Salesforce, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools like Vertex AI, Agentforce, or Workato.
• Must be based in Christchurch, New Zealand (onsite).
