What you will do

  • Design, document, and implement standardized pricing processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and control.
  • Lead pricing-related transformation initiatives, coordinating stakeholders across central and sales teams.
  • Support the embedding of pricing governance frameworks and standards into daily operations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes and partner with technology teams to drive automation.
  • Enable successful change adoption through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong capability in process design and continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading cross-functional change or transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Confidence managing ambiguity and applying sound judgement in complex environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Auckland, New Zealand (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

  • Experience in pricing operations, pricing governance, process improvement, or automation.
  • Exposure to change management and capability uplift.
