What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers in autonomous teams to decide what to build and lead product ownership.
• Develop and maintain features using a balanced split between Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (TypeScript).
• Own the security of applications, implementing best practices and adopting a pentester mindset.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, from initial system design to cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Orchestrate AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable) to automate boilerplate and accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/TypeScript.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience or strong enthusiasm for using AI agents to enhance engineering productivity.
• Ability to work independently in a results-oriented, meeting-light culture.
• Strong security mindset and commitment to writing secure code.
