What you will do

• Assist in initiating projects, scheduling kickoff meetings, and determining engagement timelines and goals.
• Contribute to engagement meetings by sharing insights from client calls.
• Research business trends to apply knowledge to client solutions.
• Work with government clients, including local, state, and higher education entities.
• Conduct interviews and provide risk, internal control, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize client internal controls and accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Graduation year: 2026, 2027, or 2028.
• Authorized to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel (20-40% may be required).

Nice to have

• Past internal audit experience with control testing (e.g., SOX 404).
• CIA certification or interest in pursuing it.
