What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for handling user support requests and resolving system issues.
• Investigate, replicate, and document bugs and data irregularities.
• Manually test new features, fixes, and updates to ensure quality before release.
• Create and maintain test cases, release notes, and user support documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor MySQL database accuracy and perform regression testing during release cycles.

Requirements

• Background in support, QA, or testing within a software or data-focused environment.
• Knowledge of manual testing processes and bug tracking management.
• Basic SQL skills (specifically MySQL) for data exploration and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience testing web front-end applications, especially those using Vue.js.
• Familiarity with JIRA or GitHub Issues.
• Understanding of financial systems and internal operational tools.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
