What you will do

• Conduct research and prospecting using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and ScrapeBox to identify high-quality domains and link-building opportunities.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to qualify domains and generate personalized outreach angles at scale.
• Manage and organize prospect data within CRM systems, Airtable, and Notion while maintaining strict data hygiene.
• Collaborate with the outreach team to verify opportunities, track campaign progress, and monitor replies.
• Perform QA checks on domains for relevance, authority metrics, organic traffic quality, and spam indicators.
• Coordinate workflows between research and outreach teams to flag bottlenecks and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working for a Link Building or SEO Agency.
• Strong proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, ScrapeBox, BuzzStream, and Instantly.ai.
• Proven experience prospecting domains across multiple international GEOs and diverse niches.
• Ability to demonstrate how AI or automation has been used to improve efficiency in previous workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing large datasets.
• Process-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
