What you will do

• Craft competitive audits, proposals, and reports for client websites.
• Assess site health and itemize technical SEO opportunities and errors.
• Execute strategies to improve brand visibility within Google AI Overviews and generative search engines.
• Optimize site architecture and content for LLM crawlers, focusing on semantic density.
• Monitor brand mentions and citations using emerging AI performance tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, data-driven SEO solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Caribbean
• 3-5+ years of experience in SEO programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Advanced understanding of technical SEO including crawling, indexing, rendering, and core web vitals.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO tools like SEMRush or Ahrefs.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
