Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Leading the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with an accent on SCM (WMS/Production) modules. Focus on documenting business requirements, developing functional design documents, and guiding clients through the full software implementation lifecycle.

What you will do

• Manage the full consulting lifecycle, including presales, product demonstrations, business analysis, and end-user training.
• Evaluate customer business processes against standard Dynamics 365 F&O functionality to determine optimal solutions.
• Document detailed business requirements and develop functional design documents to drive the development process.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and train customer resources on application maintenance and usage.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and global teams to ensure technical standards and operability are met.
• Provide ongoing production support and keep up-to-date with the latest D365 F&O features and technologies.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in D365 F&O, specifically the SCM (WMS/Production) module.
• Proven track record of full project implementation experience using Microsoft Sure Step or similar best-practice methodologies.
• Experience developing functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
• Strong requirements gathering skills and the ability to create high-quality functional documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a global team environment.
