What you will do

• Lead the development of scalable solutions for Freedom UI design-time and customization tools.
• Define technical direction and architectural decisions in collaboration with the team.
• Participate in hands-on development for complex and high-impact features.
• Mentor engineers and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Facilitate team processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with product goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
• Experience using AI coding assistants in real development workflows.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles (SOLID, modular architecture).
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with .NET / C#.
• Experience with platform customization tools or low-code/no-code systems.
• Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
