What you will do

• Execute planning transformation programs, tool deployments, and process harmonization efforts.
• Track project milestones, maintain project plans, and prepare status updates for leadership reviews.
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for business requirements, process flows, and project artifacts.
• Support user adoption of planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) through documentation, training, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate alignment on deliverables and timelines between regional planning teams (EMEA, APAC, Americas) and technical teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings and follow up on action items to ensure program progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, analytics, consulting, or project coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• English: Full professional command of written and verbal English is required.
• Location: Must be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP IBP, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to forecasting, demand planning, or supply planning processes.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience working in a global or matrixed organizational environment.
• Familiarity with AI solutions and best practices.
