What you will do

• Create and implement detailed combat animations for players and AI using motion capture and motion matching technology.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Tech Art, and Motion Capture departments.
• Troubleshoot animation workflows, rigging, and pipeline issues proactively.
• Establish and refine standard methodologies for animation within the studio.
• Participate in motion capture shoots as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AAA game animation with a strong portfolio focused on player combat and MoCap.
• Expert knowledge of Maya and working with Motion Capture data.
• Ability to translate complex design requirements into high-quality, functional animations.
• Experience integrating gameplay animations directly into the game engine.
• Strong collaborative skills for working within cross-disciplinary teams.
• Must be based in the United States (based on compensation and benefits structure).
