What you will do

• Manage the full game development lifecycle from initial concept through to final release.
• Define and maintain the game vision, scope, and project objectives in collaboration with the development team.
• Facilitate clear communication across all departments to ensure project alignment and progress tracking.
• Plan and execute tasks using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Monitor and uphold quality standards across gameplay, graphics, audio, and performance.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management regarding project features and milestones.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within a software or video game development environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end game development process including design, art, and programming.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team structure.

• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Deep passion for gaming and industry knowledge.
• Previous experience shipping a AAA title from start to finish.
